About UIE - East Africa Launch
The University Incubator Expo (UIE) has successfully hosted its inaugural Lagos Edition, which was a collaborative effort with CSA. The event showcased innovative startups and provided a platform for universities to pitch their entrepreneurship programs. Building on this success, UIE now intends to expand its reach and impact by organizing an East Africa launch.
The East Africa region has emerged as a hub for technological innovation and entrepreneurship, with countries like Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania leading the charge. By taking the UIE to this vibrant ecosystem, we aim to foster cross-border collaboration, facilitate knowledge exchange, and uncover promising startups and university-based incubation initiatives.
